Plustrumdrink N8: stock-market drink
Last Friday Heerencombinatie N8 celebrated its 16th anniversary, and as expected, this was done in a big way. A stock-market drink was organized where the drink prices fluctuated continuously. One moment you could get your hands on beer and "jenever" for next to nothing, while a few minutes later cola or wine suddenly turned out to be the better choice. So the Totelossers in attendance had to stay sharp and time themselves well when they stocked up on their drinks, because a wrong choice could eat into their wallets.
There was also a wheel of fortune with fantastic prizes to be won, including even a kiss from the bartender! For a moment it seemed to go wrong, and a real stock market crash took place. But after quick deliberation, an auction was held, in which the Totelossers fanatically outbid each other to win great prizes. It was an evening of excitement, fun and surprises.
The world changed that night....
