This past weekend, it was that time again! The Vijfje External Tournament (VET) was on the agenda! On Friday evening, around seven o'clock, a group of more than twenty Totelos members set off for the far north! All the public transport bikes were already taken, but after a round-trip Uber to the sports hall, the party could finally begin!
The next day, kick-off was at ten o'clock. The late-night egg balls seemed to have done their job—every team made it through the group stage. The women’s team secured second place, and Totelos 1 managed to bring the coveted trophy back to Eindhoven!
Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a delicious BBQ, and the tournament ended with a night out in the city (did you know there’s a bar in Groningen that rotates?!)
