Besides training the right arm by throwing the gold well down the throat, we of N8 are also active in the regional indoor soccer competition the NZVB. Every so many weeks on Monday evenings both during and after the game they demand the utmost of their bodies. With Tuesday morning off by default, the golden substitutions are made more in the canteen than on the field. Where the love of soccer is great, thirst still prevails. This year, First Class B is the league we are in. Although we are not at the top, but nicely in the middle, that is not the most important thing. In the end, we only have to win two games a year: the derby against N3. Where this is actually the standard, our season is actually always successful.
