Dames 4 is known for being an open, enthusiastic, and above all, fun team. Winning isn't the most important thing for this team; it's all about the camaraderie. Every goal scored is celebrated as if we've won the championship. After the match, we spend a few hours in the canteen celebrating both victory and defeat. Everyone is welcome on this team, whether you can play football or not. It doesn't matter what kind of music you listen to - it'll be played anyway, whether in the van or in the locker room. This is a team where everyone can be themselves, and where the team always comes first. That's Dames 4.
