On Friday, May 23rd, the 9th edition of the annual N8 Cantus took place in the attic of De Rozenknop, organized by the members of Totelos' N8. For quite some time, the N8 Cantus has served as the moment when the rascals of the past season are brought to justice by the stern hand of the punishment master, while songs are sung at full volume under the guidance of the song master. Due to the success of previous editions, the N8 Cantus band once again took to the stage in the upstairs hall of De Rozenknop. Throughout the cantus, the order closely monitored that the beer (corona) behaved itself properly in the room. Various Ad fundums flew by, accompanied by a wonderful selection of songs, including a beautiful tribute to the recently deceased singer Rob de Nijs (82).
For many, this edition brought a smile to the face of every Totelosser and a wobbly bike ride home. A successful cantus, with eyes already set on the next one: N8 Cantus X – Lustrum Edition
