Registration
By completing this digital form, you register with the Eindhovense Studenten Zaalvoetbalvereniging Totelos. At the same time, you authorize E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos to automatically settle any outstanding payments on your behalf. This means you do not need to transfer any money yourself and will always pay on time. Payments will be processed between the 26th of the month and the first of the following month. Once you submit your registration, you will be contacted by the board.
Authorization can be withdrawn via written contact (email preferably) with E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos. Ending your registration automatically ends the authorization too. If you want to pay the contribution via another bank account, you have to inform the board. A refund period is 30 days. By registering at E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos, you also automatically agree with our privacy terms and the code of conduct of E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos.
