Confidential Contact Person
Our confidential contact persons (CCP) at the moment are Nienke Sengers, Sim Schouten, Daniek Dobber, Marit Schoemaker, and Jort Arendse. A CCP can be approached in cases of inappropriate behaviour. This could include matters such as bullying, (sexual) harassment, or discrimination. Conversations with a CCP are always confidential, meaning that the discussed issues will not be shared without consent. Additionally, the CCP operates independently from the board and can also be approached for complaints about it. However, a CCP is required to make an (anonymous) report to the board. A CCP is not a counsellor or therapist but can advise on potential next steps.
If you prefer to talk to someone else, that is also possible and we refer you to the Eindhoven Student Sports Federation (ESSF) or to one of the CCPs of the TU/e..

I have been a member since 2023, and creating a good atmosphere within the club is my top priority, so that everyone has a great time, both on and off the court. My name is Sim, and I am one of the confidential contact persons at Totelos. I have been a part of the association since 2020 and also served on the board during the 2022/2023 academic year. If something is bothering you or if you need to talk, you can always reach out to me. I'm available via WhatsApp, email, or a phone call, but you can also approach me during a training session, for example. I’d be happy to schedule a time to have a conversation, and I would appreciate knowing in broad terms the nature of the discussion so I can prepare for it.
