Our confidential contact persons (CCP) at the moment are Jan Jenneskens, Daniek Dobber, Marit Schoemaker, and Sim Schouten. A CCP can be approached in cases of inappropriate behaviour. This could include matters such as bullying, (sexual) harassment, or discrimination. Conversations with a CCP are always confidential, meaning that the discussed issues will not be shared without consent. Additionally, the CCP operates independently from the board and can also be approached for complaints about it. However, a CCP is required to make an (anonymous) report to the board. A CCP is not a counsellor or therapist but can advise on potential next steps.
