Op 13 april werd alweer het derde Totelos Interne Toernooi gespeeld. Deze editie streden er 6 teams voor de bokaal. Het toernooi begon met de poule wedstrijden. In total waren er twee pouletjes waarin beide 3 teams zaten. De nummer 1 en 2 van beide poules zouden vervolgens doorgaan naar de halve finales. In poule A eindigde Hangover 96 op plaats 1 en International Team pakte de tweede plek. In poule B won Die Mannschaft de poulefase en TU/e Legends werd tweede. Het resulteerde in twee spannende halve finales waarin Hangover 96 het opnam tegen TU/e Legends en International Team het opnam tegen Die Mannschaft. In beide halve finales moesten er strafschoppen aan te pas komen om de finalisten te bepalen. Uiteindelijk waren Die Mannschaft en TU/e Legends de gelukkige. Ook de finale kon niet beslist worden zonder penalty’s. Die Mannschaft bleek uiteindelijk te sterk in de strafschoppen serie en mocht aan het eind van de avond de bokaal in ontvangst nemen, We willen alle spelers en scheidsrechters bedanken voor het toernooi! Hopelijk zien we jullie terug bij het algemeen kampioenschap wat gehouden zal worden in de tentamenweken van kwartiel 4!
On April 13, the third Totelos Internal Tournament took place. This edition, 6 teams competed for the cup. The tournament started with the poule matches. In total there were two poules consisting both out of three teams. The number 1 and 2 of both poules would go to the semi-finals. In group A, Hangover 96 finished in 1st place and International Team took the second place. In group B, Die Mannschaft won the poule phase and TU/e Legends finished second. It resulted in two exciting semi-finals in which Hangover 96 played against TU/e Legends and International Team against Die Mannschaft. Penalty’s were needed in both semi-finals to determine the finalists. In the end, Die Mannschaft and TU/e Legends were the lucky ones. The final could also not be decided without penalty’s. Die Mannschaft turned out to be too strong in the penalty shootout and received the cup at the end of the evening. We want to thank all players and referees for the tournament! Hopefully we’ll see you again at the general championship which will be held in the exam weeks of quartile 4!
