Registration
Via this digital form you can register at the Eindhoven Student Futsal association Totelos. Additionally, you allow E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos to debit vacant payments automatically. So your payments will be always on time as you won’t need to transfer the money yourself. Payments will be debited between the 26th of the month and the following month. When you register, the board will contact you.
Authorization can be withdrawn via written contact (email preferably) with E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos. Ending your registration automatically ends the authorization too. If you want to pay the contribution via another bank account, you have to inform the board. A refund period is 30 days. By registering at E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos, you also automatically agree with our privacy terms and the code of conduct of E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos.
Pay attention! Currently, all men’s KNVB futsal teams are full. If you want to play competition you can subscribe as a competition member. However, you will be placed on the waiting list and you become automatically a trainings member until there is a spot available. Becoming NZVB competition member is still possible or become a training member is of course always possible.
