Within Totelos we take complaints seriously, whether they are about social safety, the training sessions, or other matters. Do you have a complaint or feedback about something within the association? Please fill in this form. We will try our best and take measures to help you and the association. The guidelines for handling complaints are described in the code of conduct of E.S.Z.V.V. Totelos.
Social safety refers to the extent to which people feel secure in their social environment. This may concern issues such as bullying, (sexual) intimidation or discrimination.
Complaints are not anonymous and reach the board at bestuursleden@totelos.nl. Complaints can also be e-mailed to a personal board e-mail address. For anonymous complaints, please contact the confidential contact persons. These complaints are not anonymous to them but remain so for the board.
